Hear from St Mary's University students on the BSc Nutrition undergraduate programme. Part of the School of Sport, Health and Applied Science, the programme offers the opportunity for students to develop the professional competencies and skills required for the application of nutritional science in a number of fields. Previous graduates have taken up roles with government and non-governmental organisations engaged in the health agenda; in nutritional research; the media, with elite sports teams and the food industry.
