St Mary’s Academic to Deliver Talk at School of Dental Medicine

Later this week, 25th September, Prof John Nicholson at St Mary’s University, Twickenham is to deliver a guest lecture at the School of Dental Medicine, University of Zagreb. Prof Nicholson, Programme Director for St Mary’s BSc Applied Physics programme, will deliver the lecture ‘Minimal Intervention Dentistry – The Challenge for Materials’ as part of a three-day visit to discuss a new collaboration between the two universities. The Dental Materials Research Group at the University of Zagreb and St Mary’s Applied Science group have recently embarked on a new research study on the physical (mainly thermal) properties of novel tooth-coloured dental filling materials.
