The Conferencing and Banqueting Service at St Mary’s University College, Twickenham, has been nominated for the 2013 Richmond Business Awards for its commitment to offering outstanding customer service. St Mary’s Conferencing and Banqueting Services is a long-established unit with a history of excellent customer service offering high quality specialist catering, accommodation and bespoke events for both corporate and private clients. From weddings and parties, conferences and meetings to a core hospitality provision for students and staff, the team takes extreme pride in consistently delivering exemplary customer service. The team has been nominated for this award for the second year running, not only as a result of its on-going commitment to excellent customer service, but following on from the University College’s involvement in the London 2012 Olympic Games as a pre-Games training camp, where it catered for more than 150 athletes and team members staying on campus.
