Your student timetable is automatically provided into your St Mary’s Office365 account. This means that you are be able to log into your email on almost any device and see your timetable. If you add your Student Email to an email client you can choose to import your calendar.
What format are the timetable feeds provided in?
The calendar is placed directly into your Student Office365 email account. If you wish to add this to another calendar application, you can add your Student Email account and choose to synchronise your calendar. Any issues please contact The Hub Online.
How regular are the updates?
The timetable feed will update as your information is changed when you’re next online.
How will I receive my timetable?
A. From the St Mary's website, select the "Students" menu (top right), then from the “Login” section select "Office 365 (email)" or “Navigate to your student email and log in”
How do I register for a module?
There are two types of module: core and optional. Core modules are automatically added to your student record. Optional modules need to be selected by you.
If you have not done this already, you need to complete a Module Registration and Change form, which is available via Registry wbesite. The form needs to be submitted to your Programme Director.

I cannot see all the information on my calendar
Each timetable session on your calendar should contain the following information:
- Module Code
- Module Title
- Room
- Category (Lecture / Seminar)
If you find that you are missing any of these, please contact the IT Helpdesk via The Hub Online.
What should I do if my calendar is not updating?
The calendar should automatically update. If it’s not updating on your device, can you check online by logging into your email account and viewing your calendar from there. If your calendar is not updating, then please contact the IT Helpdesk on The Hub Online.
What should I do if there’s no timetabled sessions in my calendar?
If your student email calendar doesn’t have any timetabled sessions in it, then you should contact the IT Helpdesk on The Hub Online as soon as possible. They will be able to investigate and get this resolved for you in a timely fashion.
How soon after subscribing will my calendar update?
Calendar updates are processed multiple times a day.
I would like to print out my timetable from my chosen device?
You can print your calendar from the Office365 webpage. If you go to your calendar in Office 365 and click Print from the toolbar, you will be able to print it. This allows for yearly, monthly, weekly and daily. Please be aware that your calendar can change, and a printed copy might not be accurate.
My Calendar is showing the wrong time zone?
this normally happens when your Office365 account thinks that it is in the wrong time zone. To change this,
- Open your Calendar
- Open the Settings in the upper right-hand corner
- One of the fields is “Current time zone”
- Check that you are in the correct time zone This must be (UTC +00:00) Dublin, Edinburgh, Lisbon, London
- Reload the page and check that they are now in the correct times
There are classes on my timetable for modules that I did not choose?
If sessions appear on your timetable for modules that you have not chosen, you are advised to contact your Programme Team in the first instance.
I have a clash on my timetable. What should I do?
If you identify that there is a module clash on your timetable, please contact your Programme Team in the first instance.
Do I attend all of the seminars/tutorials on my timetable?
You are expected to attend all timetabled events.
