This page provides information on ad-hoc bookings which are single, non-academic events such as meetings, interviews and so on that are not associated with taught programmes. For bookings for academic teaching events, please contact timetable@stmarys.ac.uk.
Making an ad-hoc room booking
All bookable rooms on the campus have standard furniture layouts. Staff must return rooms to their standard layout following your booking. For more information please visit Housekeeping and Campus Services.
Do you no longer need your room booking?
There is a very high demand for rooms on the St Mary's campus during term-time. If you no longer require a room for your ad-hoc event, please let the appropriate contact know as soon as possible.
