A good place to start is the The Ultimate Careers Guide - London 2021, which contains advice and information on everything from working out what you want to do, to getting experience, networking, building effective applications for jobs or further study, and much more.
The Prospects and TARGETJobs websites are aimed specifically at university students and graduates and have loads of helpful information on different career sectors and jobs, as well as a wide range of careers-related advice, and databases of jobs, internships and further study opportunities.
If you're not sure what career you want then Prospects also has the Prospects Planner tool to help generate ideas about your ideal job, based on your skills, values and interests. Plus, you can also find industry insights, graduate scheme details and top tips in the Prospects Student Career Guide 2021/22. Industry specific careers guides are also available here on TARGETJobs, including Law, Consulting and Teaching.
The Times Top 100 Graduate Employers 2022-23 and and The UK 300 (2021-22 Edition) contain the very latest assessment of how the graduate job market is being affected by the ongoing Coronavirus crisis and full details of over 20,000 graduate vacancies available at UK’s top employers in 2021.
Students can also search for jobs on Jooble. Jooble is a large job search engine with approximately 700,000 vacancies in the United Kingdom listed on the website.
