Meet one-on-one with a nutritionist to discuss your dietary needs, health goals, and challenges. Our personalised sessions are tailored to help you achieve a balanced diet, understand nutrition labels, improve your lifestyle, and more.
Types of consultations
Initial consultation – one hour and 15 minutes. In this session, we will get to know each other, discuss about your current diet and lifestyle and your goals. By the end of the session, we will mutually agree on 2 key goals you can work on until we see you in the follow-up consultation.
Follow-up consultation – 45 minutes. In this session, we will discuss your progress, make any adjustments to your goals and set a new action plan.
Dietary assessment
Get a comprehensive evaluation of your current diet with actionable feedback to improve your nutritional intake. Our team will work with you to develop a realistic and sustainable eating plan.
