One stop shop

St Mary's, Richmond Council and Hestia have recently set up the One Stop Shop for St Mary's students, staff and local residents. This is a drop-in service offering free, discrete support, advice and information concerning domestic abuse, stalking, and sexual violence.

The drop-in session is attended by:

  • Independent Domestic Abuse Advisors who can offer advice in terms of housing, safety, court orders, risk assessments, and more
  • the police who can offer advice on police processes and help on making a report if that is what is wanted
  • a solicitor who can assist with any legal advice on civil court orders, injunctions, and more
  • advice on child contact arrangements, issues with housing, debt, or drug and alcohol addiction.

The One Stop Shop takes place every Friday between 10am-12pm and is located at Hampton Hill Citizens Advice, 94-102 High Street, Hampton Hill, TW12 1NY.
