Biography
David graduated from Kingston University with a BSc (Hons) in Sport Science in 2001. Following a period working in strength and conditioning he enrolled at St George's Hospital Medical School to study a BSc (hons) in Physiotherapy. After graduating in 2007 David began working within private musculoskeletal and sports medicine.
In 2008 he undertook an MSc in Sport and Exercise Rehabilitation at St Mary's University College. David then re-joined St Mary's University as a PhD student in 2013.
Research
Research profile
David's PhD is focused on the implementation of the King-Devick Test, an occulomotor tool used to provide an objective pitch side assessment of concussion, within Youth Community level Rugby Union. He has also been a guest lecturer and student mentor at St Mary's for the past five years.
