Daniel works as a Research Assistant and studies for his PhD on the impact leadership styles have on employees mental health, wellbeing and work engagement within the job-demands resources model.
General Research is in the area of employee wellbeing, performance, work family conflict and hybrid work. My papers on Researchgates are:
