Sport St Marys offer in house virtual classes hosted in our dance studio. We can also facilitate OnDemand sessions on an ad hoc basis at the request of customers.

Who are Les Mills?
Mixing the hottest music with cutting-edge exercise science, motivation and the energy of many, LES MILLS™ group fitness classes make you fall in love with fitness. A range of classes based on research to get you the best results — with tons of professionals working behind the scenes to create everything seamlessly. And basically, there’s just something different about how the classes are laid out, and you will notice the quality from the second the music starts and the well-trained instructor begins coaching you.
Classes and timetables
Lifting light to moderate weights to tone up and get lean. Involving bodyweight, free weights, and a barbell, burning up to 400kcal an hour.
New generation yoga class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. Bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves, elements of Tai Chi, and Pilates.
Group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding, burning up to 500kcal an hour.
Core workout for tone and sports performance building strength, stability, and endurance in the muscles that support your core, improve balance, and assist injury prevention.
- Athletic - HIIT workout for sports conditioning using the step and bodyweight exercises.
- Cardio - HIIT workout for sports conditioning using the step and bodyweight exercises.
- Strength - HIIT workout for strength and cardiovascular fitness. Uses bodyweight, plates and barbells.

Do I need to book?
Contact our sports team on 0208 240 4334 to check availability and book classes. Classes can also be booked via the Sport St Mary's app - available on the App Store and Play Store.
Where do I go?
Come to the Sport Centre Reception to check in five to 10 minutes before the class start time and here you will be advised when you can go in, as well as any equipment you might need to set up.
What do I need to bring?
As with any exercise it is important you bring water with you and ensure it is filled up before the class starts. We also suggest you bring a small towel.
How long are the classes?
The classes range from 30-55 minutes, so please check the timetable before the class.
How much do the classes cost?
These classes are completely free to all staff and students. No gym or club membership is required.
