Third Year BA Drama and Applied Theatre students from St Mary's University performed their show Smile and Error to a packed out crowd at the Hen and Chickens Theatre Bar, Islington.
The show, which involved new writing, stand up comedy and political cabaret sketches and songs, was the second collaboration between Drama St Mary's and spoken word artist and Tongue Fu founder, Chris Redmond.
The project saw students work with performers such as Stand Up Comedian Andre Vincent and spoken word artist Indigo Williams in writing and performing their own performance material.
One member of the audience comments, “Such a fantastic show! This is unlike anything I expected from university students. Subversive, engaging and very funny!”
