David Weir Wins Gold at Commonwealth Games

David Weir, who trains at St Mary’s University, Twickenham, has won Gold in the Men’s T54 1500m race at the Commonwealth Games. David uses the sport science facilities at the St Mary’s Clinic regularly and came first in the 1500m race last night (Thursday 31^st July) after crossing the finish line in 3:21.67. The win adds to David’s six Paralympic Gold medals.
