Top Positions for EPACC Athletes at National Cross Country Championships

Athletes from the Endurance Performance and Coaching Centre (EPACC) at St Mary’s University, Twickenham produced some fantastic results at the National Cross Country Championships which took place at Wollaton Park, Nottingham on Saturday 22nd February. Current student Richard Goodman secured a silver medal in the men’s senior race, which consisted of over 1,600 runners. The women’s senior race saw Stephanie Twell clinch the second spot, Lily Partridge followed in third place and Jessica Andrews finished in fifth place. Their positions resulted in Aldershot Farnham & District topping the team results table. Over 10,000 athletes and spectators attended the annual event, which saw athletes participating in 10 different events.
