The St Mary's campus is a controlled parking area. Staff MUST have a Annual Digital Permit to park on the campus. Failure to do so may result in a penalty notice being applied. Please see the Parking Enforcement FAQs page for full details of enforcement measures.
Annual Staff Parking
Annual Staff Digital Permit allows parking on-campus for a calendar year for a single staff member. The digital permit can be used for up to three vehicles, but only one vehicle may be parked at a time. Digital permits are allocated on a yearly basis according to the parking permit points matrix. The cost is deducted from the permit holder's salary over 10 months. Annual Digital Permit holders are not allowed to park in Day Spaces unless they pay through JustPark using the App on the day.
Please look out for communication on the staff landing page regarding the process for renewing or applying for annual digital parking permits.
Day Parking
Day Spacesare only available to staff & students. You can park for up to 12 hours with a six hour no return for 60p per hour on main campus and 50p per hour at the Naylor, 60 Waldegrave road, and Teddington lock sports ground payable via the JustPark App. Full details can be found on the signs.
Visitor Parking
Visitors intending to drive to St Mary's must go to Main Reception on arrival if not pre-booked, once parked in an available Bay marked with a V on the main campus. It is strongly advisable to pre-book this for your visitor(s) in advance to guarantee availability of a space (space is limited). Security will place a reserved bollard in the pre-booked bay and email confirmation of the booking to you along with the V Bay number to assist your visitor on arrival.
Please contact Main Reception if you have any questions about Visitor Parking on ext. 4000 or Security 4335: To make a booking - please email: reception@stmarys.ac.uk & security@stmarys.ac.uk Payment is made via the JustPark App (how to use app information is on the signs) on arrival or at the Security office when pre-booking.
Electric Vehicle Bays
Electric bays are for electric vehicle charging only; you must go to security to purchase a token which will cost you £5 this will allow you to park and charge for up to 4 hours.
Once your car has charged or the 4 hours have elapsed you must move your vehicle to an appropriate bay, if you are parking in a Day (D) bay you must then pay the charge for that bay through the Just Park app.
You could receive a Parking Charge Notice (PCN) of £70 if you do not follow the rules of the Electric Vehicle Bays.
We are planning to install an additional 2 charging points this year. For more information on these or any parking enquires please contact Parking, Security or Reception.
