Welcome to the Microlearning Archives.
Each week, a new microlearning will be added to this webpage making this an easy-to-access way of learning.
Every microlearning edition is different, focusing on current global topics, awareness dates, and celebrations hoping to be as inclusive as possible of our St Mary’s staff.
Microlearning's include a wide range of articles, videos, and interactive websites ranging from a short but highly informative two minutes to work over 20 minutes to allow you to choose your learning time and style.

Get involved by joining one of our Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Staff Networks. The networks are vital in helping us improve our university to become more inclusive and are always happy to open an invitation to those interested.
St Mary’s also pushes for EDI initiatives through the multiple equality charters. The charters provide a framework through which institutions work to identify and self-reflect on the barriers their staff and students face. Join our Equality Charter Teams and help drive the initiative to create a more diverse, equal, and inclusive campus.
