The Endurance Performance Centre (EPC) offer a range of membership options.
- Full or part-time SMU registered student
- Paid member of the student athletics club.
- You must take out a separate membership of the student Athletics Club to be eligible to be a Student EPC Athlete. The club membership cost contributes to the running of the student club; this includes entry fees, and any necessary travel and accommodation for BUCS competitions.
- St Mary’s alumni who used to be EPC Student Athletes, or a training partner for an EPC International Athlete or an EPC Student Athlete
- Training partner for an EPC International Athlete or an EPC Student Athlete
- An athlete that is coached by an EPC Coach or an EPC Volunteer Coach
- Fees of £75 (12 months track only) or £165 (12 months track and gym)
- To keep training group numbers to the correct size, these are subject to EPC approval
- An athlete on the British Athletics World Class Performance Plan
- England Athletics Talent Hub Athletes
- Senior international selection at any of the following championships:
- World Indoor/Outdoor Championships
- European Indoor/Outdoor Championships
- European Team Championships
- Commonwealth Games
- World Cross Country Championships
- European Cross-Country Championships
- World Road Running Championships
- World University Outdoor Championship
- World University Cross Country Championship
- To keep training group numbers to the correct size, these are subject to EPC approval
- Holder of an up-to-date and appropriate coaching licence
- A Coach working with:
- EPC Student Athlete
- EPC Training Group Athlete
- EPC International Athlete (800m and above)
- Subject to EPC approval and must agree to abide by the St Mary’s Volunteer Policy, and the Coaches Code of Conduct
- Coaches must not charge any EPC athlete members for coaching services.
