Since February 2015, St Mary's has adopted a University wide module evaluation template and set of core questions for use in all taught programmes across the University.
Please note: that the core questions were revised in November 2016 and therefore any older versions of the templates you have should no longer be used.
Programmes can add additional discipline or module specific questions to the template to cover activities such as placements. Please use Template 2 if you wish to include additional questions. If you do not wish to add any additional questions, you should use Template 1.
Programme teams are encouarged to use an informal approach to gathering mid-module feedback. Information about mid module evaluations are available on the Moodle ADF page.
